CHAMPS Camp Payment Information – Summer 2025

The total cost for our 2025 CHAMPS Camp is $435, which includes lodging, food, activities, and camp t-shirt. We know that families may need flexibility, so we’ve structured a clear and manageable payment plan:

Payment Plan

• Deposit: $45 — Due at registration (non-refundable)

• Payment 1: $130 — Due May 15

• Payment 2: $130 — Due June 15

• Final Payment: $130 — Due July 5
  
  

Financial Assistance

We never want cost to be the reason an athlete misses out on this important and memorable team experience. If your family needs financial assistance, please don’t hesitate to reach out. No athlete will be turned away due to financial need.

Please contact Coach Hanson directly. We’ll work with your family to ensure your athlete can attend.

Please note: Transportation to and from camp is not provided. Families are responsible for dropping off and picking up athletes at the camp location. More detailed drop-off and pick-up times and information will be shared as we get closer to camp.
