Spectator Parking: There is NO onsite parking. However ASU does have some pay lots that spectators can pay to park in. And they are very responsibly priced. Here is the website with this information. Please share with parents and friends as the Toka Sticks Parking lot will be blocked off as will the Hotel. https://cfo.asu.edu/daily-and-hourly

NO Dogs or animals are allowed at this venue. Security will turn them away and ask them to leave.

AWARDS: Medals to the top 20 finishers in each race. Race sections with more than one section (ex. Large school open 1, 2, 3) will be merged and the top 20 finishers will get the medal. Please allow 10 minutes from the finish of your race to pick up your medal at the Awards tent near the registration table. Awards ceremony for the Championships and Sweepstakes teams will happen immediately following the last sweepstakes race.

Transportation

Freshman/Open Bus departs at 2:59 PM

Athletes who are racing will be excused from school. The time you will be excused from class will be announced. Only those with grades of a "C" and above will be excused from school to compete in the race. Those not racing without at least all "C's" will not be permitted to leave school early and ride the bus with the team.
Varsity athletes in the Sweepstakes race will need to ride to the meet with their parents, drive themselves, or carpool with another family. Under no circumstances can athletes ride in a vehicle to the meet with another athlete. Please complete a transportation waiver to turn in by Thursday at the team dinner.

Athletes will be permitted to depart from the meet with their families AFTER they are signed out. A sign out form will be located at the team camp on a clip board. Please ensure you sign out your athlete, so we are not scrambling to locate them when the bus departs.
