Woodbridge FAQ: 

• Depart DV Sat Sept 20 at 4:45am

• Arrive back at DV Sun Sept 21 at ~6:15pm 

• Payment of $125 can be made via DVCC Booster Club

• Registration and payment are required by 8/20 @ 7:00 PM
  Registration Form 

• Permission and Emergency Medical Information: Permission and Medical Forms  Due Thursday Sept 5. Signed Printed Forms, no emails. 

• Optional: Pre-Order Woodbridge T-Shirt   T-Shirts sell out at the Woodbridge Invite and lines can be long. Pre-Order your shirt with the boosters and pick it up from boosters at the meet. 

• Athletes should pack a breakfast with them to bring on the bus when we depart. 

• Spending money: Athletes need money for the following meals: 

  • Saturday Lunch at California stop (fast food in Blythe). Or they can pack a lunch and bring it on the bus. 

  • Saturday Dinner at food trucks after their race. 

  • Sunday Lunch at Irvine Spectrum Mall

• Athletes may want money for snacks when we stop on Sunday for bathroom break on the way home. 

• Athletes are required to bring their pre-race carbs (bagels, bananas, etc.) with them. 

• Parents are not required to attend. You can drop off your athlete at DV on departure day and pick them up when we get back into town.

• Once kids are with the team, they are with the team. Parents should not plan on seeing their kids except for at the Invitational if they come over to team camp. Athletes are not allowed (by district policy) to depart from the team for any reason. This means, parents cannot pick up athlete to visit family in the area, cannot leave for college visit, cannot leave for any events in the area. Even with a parent. We've asked in the past and the district answer is always no. 

• Race schedule below. Races are broken out by grade (only, no varsity or championship races) 

• The hotel we are staying at will not be published here but will be sent out via Parent/Student Square
  IMPORTANT: If you are staying at the same hotel we are at, or you visit the hotel, parents ARE NOT ALLOWED TO GO INSIDE ATHLETE HOTEL ROOMS. There are multiple athletes that are staying in rooms and there are no outside visitors. No exceptions. 

• Pack layers for the trip. We are not acclimated to California weather, athletes need to have sweats/sweatshirt for the meet.
