USATF Membership Required for Summer/Winter Training
All athletes participating in our summer training program are required to have a current USATF membership and affiliate with our club.
Step-by-Step Instructions:
Visit https://www.usatf.org
Log in or create a USATF account.
Purchase or renew your athlete membership. Youth Membership is all that is required.
During registration or renewal, you’ll be asked to affiliate with a club.
Enter our club name: Ahwatukee Track and Field Club
Or use our club number: 48-10303
Note: USATF membership provides insurance coverage and allows us to run a safe, organized, and sanctioned program.
USATF Memberships are valid for a calendar year and will be sufficient for Summer and Winter training each year.
Athletes will receive a USATF Membership card and sticker pack!
Step 4: Athlete & Parent Join Remind Group
Summer Training Communcation
We will utilize the Remind application for disseminating announcements and messaging throughout the summer. Please ensure each Athlete and at least one parent join. Download the app on your phone for the best experience.

Summer Training Schedule – 2025
Training begins Monday, June 2, 2025 with a week of “home” runs.
Athletes will be sent individual workouts to complete on their own that week.In-person team practices begin the week of June 9.
New this year: Optional Weight Room Sessions, Tues/Thurs Evenings, 6:00pm - 7:30pm. We will provide workouts, instruction, and supervision. We will add days as the summer continues if we have enough participants.
